I got an error trying to redeem the theme, it said:
"This PlayStation Network Card has been already been used."
"Please check your entry."
(WC-40372-6)
Meaning the voucher code has already been used and cannot be used again.
So it's a dupe? Already got the theme…damn you OP, got me excited for nothing.

try to download but fails halfway with error cannot download, the data is corrupted? aus store.
Try restarting your PS4. Power off, not rest mode. That fixed it for me.
had to try the download like 6 times… weird
Had same issue recently. Game downloads failing etc. This theme failed but worked when I retried it
Maybe a PS network issue
@Saltysez: Yeah, it happens to me all the time. I have never once had a download succeed without failing at least twice. Sometimes it wont even let you resume (even after restarting the PS4) so you have to delete what its already downloaded and start again. Bloody shoddy service Sony.
Took me 3 days to finally download SW Battlefront 2.

Is it just me or does the web/browser version of the PS Store SUCK?
I regularly have issues logging in, always have to try multiple browsers etc. Actually have the most luck with Internet Exploder.
