    My mum had one of these for about 2 weeks before it started getting large green lines. JB hifi organised a replacement at around 2 weeks turn around (during Covid)

      That's surprisingly prompt of them. I'm still waiting for a refund from a May 12 return, numerous phone calls, in store visits, emails and no action as of yet.

        oof! That's crappy service! The store just ordered one in, and when it arrived, FFALCON organised a technician to deliver, set up and remove the faulty one.

        Maybe try going thru manufacturer?

    This is the best of all the cheapo TVs. Also Ffalcon is owned by Tcl.

          Will throw in that it easily looks like it has the best picture quality of anything in its price range in-store.

          I went in to look at the new Hisenses and see if the old ones were on sale. But they looked dim in comparison to something that was hundreds cheaper.
