Vitamin C is proven to support skin health. There have been studies that prove collagen has many benefits for the skin. It only takes a few seconds to google this or just go ahead and use that time to troll like you normally do.
That didn't really answer my question.
You're either trolling or being an idiot. I cant tell nowadays.
Will it make you beautiful? Genuine question? Will it make you beautiful? Genuine question?
The second part was the genuine question.
@jv: Then my first post answers this question. Again, the research has been done but you prefer to troll.
Then my first post answers this question.
No it doesn't.
My GP told me that vitamins are a waste of money…
Yes to both questions.
There are lots of supplements out there by beauty influencers that claim to do this and that. I'd rather they be called beauty supplements rather than health supplements that require actual proof.
But as bangmango said collagen itself has many health benefits that have been proven. OP has mentioned some of them as from the Swiss website
Beautiful is a subjective opinion, you are the only person with the answer. Perhaps ask yourself, do you FEEL beautiful.
PS. I don't buy into any collagen BS. It takes 1 search to learn that the molecule is too big to penetrate through your skin barrier and too generic to be ingested in. The best way to preserve collagen is through adequate sun protection.
Can anyone comment on this product, snake oil or fountain of youth?
snake oil or fountain of youth?
getting warmer…
Call me when Swisse release the new Fountain of Snakes supplements.
Thanks OP, this is a pretty good price for a collagen supplement!
So this will make me beautiful ?
Or are they calling it a 'beauty supplement' to avoid having to prove it does anything useful…
