With wholemeal, I'd try to use within 12 months of bb date. Wholemeal has oil which can go rancid.

Not sure how much pasta you've got stacked up in order to be worried about the BB.
Could buy a few boxes and easily use in 12 months.

went to Maylands store last time when op posted selling for 89c, but when i was there, the special price tag had been removed n showing the normal price of 1.65, but i tried scanning 1 n it's still 89c then. seems they preventing customer clearing it out in last round but now price went down further 🤔
That's a good price.
Unfortunately my local sold out with it only reduced down to $1.
