I bought one of these and Worth every dollar.
A friend has bought Kmart and Kogan brands and cheap quality.
Save yourself the headache of returning those inferior products like he did.

    A poor man pays twice.

Not been my experience. I had two Philips prior to getting a Kmart one and it has performed equally well for a fraction of the price. Yes, the build quality doesn't appear to be as good, but it has lasted longer than my Philips ones did.

  • How low have these gone for in the past?

Can’t speak to Kogan, but I couldn’t be happier with the cheap kmart ones. Check the models on product review - reliability and user satisfaction seem great - https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/kmart-air-fryer

    • im sure in terms of performance/price Kmart will probably win out. Odd that Choice rates the anko (Kmart) air fryer so poorly though.

Trying to search but not ultra clear what the difference is between this and the HD9861/99.
Want to surrender to the hype. Hard to buy. Dirt cheap option people swear by Kmart (though no stock at local store last I looked) anything up to $600.
The various models seem so similar.

I don’t think the technology is that hi tech in these machines. Kind of like paying $20 or $150 for a kettle.

I own a Phillips but would probably be happy with the Kmart one. Main criteria are size, ease of use and ease of cleaning (dishwasher safe tray and basket). The Phillips one has all this, but maybe the cheaper ones do too.

  • It is digital cooking vs Analog cooking 😀
