Not worth $30 but good value at free.
Similar apps on ipadOS are half this price and a sh!t tonne more features.
I just installed this just to have it. But, I don't see why I'd use this over OneNote which is already a great app (I'm a student and use it all of the time on my Surface).
Yes OneNote with the pen on surface is great experience
