27" 1440p vs 31.5" 1080p not apples and apples.
At 27" you don't need curved.
You don't want 1080p at 31.5" you'll probably want 31.5" at 1440p
Netjock is on the money. Assuming you could get them, I’d prefer the better resolution at 27 than FHD at 32”

Do Samsung have approved resellers? for warranty etc?
I wouldn't bother with curved for anything under 34 inches. Plus the ones you listed aren't in stock.
