We purchased a Dyson stick vac last year from them. Good product no issues. Came with HK/UK plug and included adaptor.
I've bought off them before. Got a galaxy watch. Delivery fast, worked well until the sensors intermittently stopped working. Sent it back to hong kong for repair but no fault was found. They provided me with a video of the watch with serial number and use with no faults but when I got it back, it faulted straight away on my wrist.
As they wanted to charge me return freight with no fault found, I managed to talk them down to more than half if I bought another watch, this time amazfit. Sold the galaxy for $150 with issues known and now enjoying my amazfit.
A was a little pissed off with the whole warranty thing, but it is more of a samsung problem than tobydeals which is documented across various internet forums. They did pretty good in their process and handling of it.
Can't fault price or delivery with DHL. Would buy again if prepared to risk the grey import warranty with them.
I would question the sure as well, given your sure is not sure.
