Purchase any one of New Helga's Digestive Wellbeing Loaf (approx $5.40) then visit www.helgas.com.au/promotions input the requested details (including full name, email address, bank details, upload copy of purchase receipt) and submit the fully completed online claim form.

Refund will be received by bank deposit or paypal.

NOTE: In the Coles I bought in, the loaves were not located with the regular Helga's loaves. The had their own promotional stand set up nearby.

    I bought in Coles Richmond VIC store. The loaves were not with the regular Helga bread. They had their own promotional stand with flyers.

      Bought at my local Woolies yesterday.
      Lots of digital advertising for it in shopping centres - few left on shelf.

        Same here, claim approved on 24/6 still no money. 19 days so far I really hope it’s not another Ben and Jerry’s

              @kelasen: Likewise here, did PayPal on 26/6 where it got approved and nothing yet as well. Friend of mine did Bank Transfer and it came through within 2 business days after approval.

      So it's now 3 weeks since they said they would pay within 3 working days.

      Still nothing.

      Just tried messaging them again.
      At this rate, we'll have to ask Consumer Affairs to have an informal chat with them.

    T&C's say one claim per household but can't see how it can be verified? You don't have to enter your home address when submitting the claim either… so technically can claim more than once?
