Went into Dick Smith today to pricematch HN's $378 XBox Gears of War 3 Bundle and was told that their advertised sale price on the bundle had dropped to $399. Their bundle includes a Live1500 points card and free installation (not that I needed that) for the extra $21. What I reckon is best about this bundle is that is had a Matte Black (not glossy) console.

I don't think so.
4GB = Gloss. Matte finish came later in 250 GB consoles. Earlier 250g GB consoles are also gloss.
4gb is not gloss
ALL xbox 360's will now come in matte.
previously it was 4gb = matte and 250gb = gloss.

Aren't all the new ones matte anyway? And it's still slightly cheaper at Harvey Norman (378+19).

I bought a 250gb kinect/ gow bundle from HN 2 weeks ago and it was brand new stock; matte
Free installation makes me lol. What kind of muppet would have trouble setting up an Xbox 360.

My Mum still keeps forgetting how to copy and paste..
Your family members need to learn to read the simplest of instruction manuals.

I believe that whether the console is matte or gloss depends on when the store received their stock
Thought that the matte consoles were 4gb ones? Or did they bring out 250gb mattes as well?? I was under the impression that 250 gb = gloss, 4gb = matte
