Yup that's all you need to know.
Won't do QC2 or 3 (12W to 15W) and isn't capable of Power Delivery - PD (18W).
A decent PD input for a 10,000mAh should charge in around 3.5hrs, this will take around 6 hours.
Is this a product from Philips or, like Philips TVs, made by a Chinese company that purchased and uses the Philips name?
