Great prices for these games.

If you are worried about buying from the UK store you can buy from the US store for a little bit more. I have never had issues with keys from there but everyone can decide for themselves.

  • I bought Project Cars 2 a few weeks back mainly for VR - it's probably one of the easiest games to have VR operating in (in my experience). I used to play iracing but haven't renewed my subscription.

Only gripe with the game is that there's not too many people playing multiplayer (at least in the Melbourne/Victoria nighttime time period). I like the idea of pay once rather than on-going like iracing, although that does have a heap of players.

    • I think the pay once sim titles of choice are Rfactor2 and Assetto Corsa Competizione, so they would have the largest numbers online. I also bought Project Cars 2 a few weeks back (but the deluxe version for $18 as I wanted Bathurst). Main gripe after only playing it for 2 hours so far is the force feedback seems lacking. There are mods for this though so going to look into them.

    • So is it hard to get multiplayer races then? Trying to see if I should buy Assetto Corsa instead. Also looking for a pay once VR option.

What do you mean by easiest VR game to operate in?

      • Raceroom(free to play) is a pretty good option these days. The game offers a route to earn currency to spend in the cash shop so you can unlock paid content very slowly overtime.

i dont play it in VR but it does have a big Australian community that gets together every tuesday night. If youre into a local online sim racing community with people of varying skill levels. Might be your option.

They also have AC and ACC events weekly. Though i dont take part in the AC events i know they get a fair amount of people.

        • Might be too early for me I'm gonna be entirely new to sim racing but once I find my footing will certainly look at joining people. I bought PC2 and I'll get Raceroom too. Don't wanna get too many so I can try to focus on learning one and go from there.

      • In my experience, as example, I have AC on steam and to get VR working is a hassle. It doesn't seem that VR was part of the original design in terms of a selection option for the game.

PC2 just boots up in VR and the whole menu etc can be run in VR. AC has me having to put on and take off the VR headset to navigate th game etc. I just put the headset back on when about to race. I like that I can just out it in for PC2 and keep it on. This is the same for race room.

My AC is the steam version and so not sure of That is the cause for the hassle.

        • Thanks I'll stick to Raceroom and PC2 then

  • Can I use XBox 360 wheel on this?
