Hi guys,
recently… well actually almost a month ago now (the 20/05/2020), we ordered two new mobile phones from https://www.tobydealsau.com/ at the time there was no indication that they were out of stock on their website and we have spent close to $800AUD there.
After five emails and a threat to cancel the order, we had one email saying they are sourcing new stock and asked us to wait. that was on the 5th of June. since then, no movement on the order status and no further contact even after trying to chase them down for an update.
I'm not averse to waiting, but their utter lack in customer service is appaling. not sure if I should just cancel and try to get my money back or wait longer.
Any other people have similar experiences?

Pretty common complaint about TobyDeals. In every one of their deals there are a handful of comments mentioning this. I'm in a similar position (Moto G8 Plus), though not a full month of waiting yet. I was happy to take the chance for the lower price as I'm not in a rush
