I don’t have one but 3 neighbours around me have had the hose reel thing for at least a year. No problems with it they say.
2 sit out in the full afternoon Qld sun, 1 is shaded.Definitely worth it IMO. They last forever but if it was in full sun I'd probably put a cover over it anyway.
But like a true OzBargainer I'd wait for better than 10% off…can usually get 10% off with Ben Sims' Lawn Tips promo code so I think it's a pretty average "EOFY Sale".
For what it's worth, I've used a few of their hose spray guns and found them to last quite a lot longer than the cheaper spray guns at Bunnings (usually Holman or Pope-branded).
The current 7-Function Spray Gun I'm using was bought about 4 years ago and it still hasn't developed any leaks or worn out the trigger. I'm lucky to get about 2 years out of a sub-$20 spray gun from Bunnings before they start leaking and/or the trigger handle/spring breaks.
Had mine for around almost a year and was flawless over summer.
I did have problems with a leaky tap (tried metal/plastic connections) around the seal but once I used their no leak fittings, as described, the tap stopped leaking.
For me, I would buy again and would recommend.
Their service was pretty good as well as I had a leaking sprinkler which they replaced no questions asked!
Apparently they are no burst fittings but not sure double the price is justifiable.

Are these any good? For some reason I trust this communities opinion over others. I need a retractable hose and looked at Holman at Bunnings. Is Hoselink really that good to justify double the price?
