Ordered from DJ online few times and so far 100% of poor experience: no stock, issuing refund was a long and tiring process, can’t cancel orders even if the item hasn’t been dispatched, returns are long and complicated, poor communication. The person who is in charged on their online operation should be replaced.

Won't order from David Jones online again. Shop in store if you really want to buy from them. My online experience has been the worst and DJ is not even trying to resolve issues after multiple contacts.
