They must be struggling to sell these because the two biggest use cases are flights and packing nicely in to cars. Most people aren't doing much of either just now so expect this to become the norm.

Bassinets are the biggest waste of money ever!! The baby is generally only in them for 3 months and they usually cost around $300.
You can simply get a neck cushion and travel supports which is perfectly fine for them for $20 and recline the stroller as far back as it goes.
You just can't go jogging with a baby until they can fully support their head.
