  • [edit] Thought it was a refurb of the older models. nvm

  • any good deals on the KMC510 ???

    • Hi JV,

We are out of stock ATM - we are expecting a new delivery of assorted products towards the end of the month.

      ODS

  • Great reviews on this model including Choice, unlike the last Kenwood mixers on sale.

    • +1

if they are so good, why do they need a refurb?

      • JV,

Like the TOM TOM you purchased - most of these are re-boxed - New machines with damaged retail packaging.

that have been re-boxed in plain (read affordable) brown boxes. Once an item is returned damaged - it usually falls out of the normal processes (most companies are very good at sending stock out - but poor at return logistics and processes)

They then become harder to sell in a normal Bricks and Mortar store.

99% of the 2nds products we sell - are new - or are returns with NFF. (no Fault Found)

        Hope that helps.

        ODS

        • If they are new, why not have a full 12 month warranty?

If you can do 50% of $332 then I might consider 1 :)
