This isn't anything new, people have posted about this a week ago.
Yeah some things more expensive, I got the galaxy watch 4G for $400ish 10 days ago. $519 now, less $50 of course
The phones were cheaper with the deal just passed too, they are now at least $100 more expensive than before.
Same with the tablets.. everything is more expensive even after 5% and the $50 signup
just need the CRG9 to pop in the educational store… and be included in the category lol

S20 ultra was $1300 ish
so what they did, reduced discount from 30% to 20% and gave extra 5% discount, which makes it 25% ,
the Tab S6 , which i bought 2 weeks ago for $719 after $50 promotion is now $785 even after $50 promotion discount,
so most of the stuff is more expensive than last month
if anybody noticed.
I tried applying the $50 discount but it overwrites the existing EOFY discount which is actually better. So the $50 thing is worthless at least for what I tried - a washer and a dryer.
That's just a really bad sales tactics ! They give you 5% additional discount but jacked up the prices on student portal.. I mean come Samsung .. This just doesn't even make any sense !

Looks like the $50 discount is still alive - it just doesn't pop up in the same way.
