Spotted at Ringwood Costco, unsure if other stores.
Black and red.
I'm certainly no coffee snob but I have this at home and does the job quite well for a cheap machine.
One downside however is the lack of options for the pods.
Colesworth have them on sale every now and then at roughly $8 for 16 pods, otherwise Costco had the 3 packs for about $25.

Our of curiosity what do you use and pay for them?
Used dolce gusto, same problem, regretful purchase.
Currently Nespresso Latissimo One, pods are from 18c to 40c when I get them on sale. Not bad, but eventually I'll go back to an espresso machine or something else that takes beans.
get the kmart one!
@ozbargainerlife1: I heard good things about that!
@timthetoolman: I have it and its worth $69. The milk frother is not the best but for $69 its pretty good
Refill the pods. Modo is super easy. Dolce Gusto just buy a refillable pod off eBay.
1kg of aldi beans, $12 = 125 pods. So 16 pods cost $1.55.Might as well buy an espresso machine
The time consumed refilling the pods? Defeat the purpose of pod machine - compromised taste over convenience.
Yes instead of refilling the pods, just make the damn espresso coffee.
@itstuan: I like my setup and I find it quicker than a manual espresso machine. I can make a few coffees ready to go with fresh beans while a pod is in the machine brewing.
Best of both worlds + avoiding the environmental disgrace that pods are (and the coffee in them is pretty ordinary).I should make a YouTube clip. With reusable lids you can fill a pod in literal seconds.
@tunzafun001: You should but you never will
@tunzafun001: You can actually recycle Nespresso pods, they make it easy enough. But I really don’t see it saves much more time than the normal espresso way. You still need to wash the pods, dry it, refill it etc…
But I guess what makes you happy. At the end of the day a good coffee is a good coffee, regardless how people choose to make it.
Should be free with those pod prices
