When logged in through my existing account (chrome and ie), the site was playing up trying to validate the Everyday Rewards account (even when I left it blank), I just purchased as a guest and it allowed me to link it to my account after the purchase was complete (I used the same email).
I checked out fine, using my account.

Hmmm. I ordered both the game and a play a charge kit on the same order. The game straight away said it was in progress, but the play and charge kit was on backorder. Now 2 days later the play and charge kit has come into stock and been dispatched, but the game is still "In Progress". Wonder if they accidentally oversold on the game?
Has anyone received these? I just got mine and the game been used before. There was no shrink wrapping, the seal across the dvd cover has been cut right through and the DVD has a few light marks on it.
I got mine and the seal was intact. No shrink wrap though.
Just as I expected I just got a call from them cancelling the order.
I must admit I didn't make it easy on the guy who called and was a bit abrupt. He was very genuinely sorry about the problem and wanted to make it right, but I'm a shift worker and his call woke me up, so I wasn't really the most understanding person on the end of the phone.
DSE: "Our supplier is unable to give us a confirmed timeframe of when they can supply the stock so we aren't able to complete the order at this time … blah blah"
Me: "So to cut to the chase, you guys oversold the game and are now cancelling the orders"
DSE: "Well ….errr… Yeah"They offered for me to select another game and they would work out a discounted price to make up for it. As I was still half asleep and couldn't think of one they've put a note about it on my account so I can think about it and then call them on their 1300 number to sort out the price, or they would refund the money if I wanted that instead.
lol, funny story. Apparently I am quite rude to customer service people but never even realised this until someone told me. Maybe I am hostile in nature :p
I got my game yeste, the seal was intact but no plastic. Unfortunately, the disc holder was cracked in the middle and the disc was floating around the case, but no damage luckily. Gotta make time to play it now!
