You are better off buying refill packs, especially if you buy supermarket own brand but even the refill packs on Amazon (e.g. palmolive) are better value.
I stocked up on the Dettol foam refills (pre-pandemic), but have been keeping on eye out for both the foam dispenser and refills…they seem to be the only thing that haven't come back in stock at the supermarkets for some reason!
I think there is Palmolive available on Amazon.

Just mix any concentrated hand wash liquid (50ml) with 200ml water.
I used to buy foam wash and it’s a total rip off paying 20 times more for water / diluted solution.

Yep, you can get a foam dispenser at ALDI (with soap in it) for around the same price, use it, refill.
And glycerine.
