Sid Meier's Civilization VI Platinum Edition Steam Key for Mac is $39.84 with VIP which requires a free acccount and subscription to their email newsletter. To sum up, get the full Platinum Edition of Civ 6 for cheaper than buying DLC Upgrade even after owning the base game for free on Epic. Please note this does not include New Frontier Pass which the newest DLC pack.
Maybe put something in the description that the Mac Edition can be redeemed as normal on Steam and then the Windows version can be downloaded.
