Similar niche post as the one from the other day for the cyclists out there.
Pushys are selling the Sram Force AXS eTap hyd 'upgrade kit' - which looks like a 12 speed groupset minus crankset, cassette and chain, for $1,749.99. That, plus the 12% discount (which expires today) brought it down to $1,539.99.
That being said, the 12 speed cassette and crankset for this groupset isn't exactly cheap, but could pick them up with the 12% site wide discount.

You'll need some gaffer tape.
That's not funny. They need liquid nails or it'll fall off.
Just leave them home and you will be sensibly faster, due to the weight shed from your wallet. That's how these parts are meant to work.
Assuming your Kmart bike is an MTB, you'll need to replace the handlebar with drop bars, get some bar-tape, and probably some adaptors for the disc-brake mounts, as road bike calipers and rotors are more compact. Don't let anyone tell you it can't be done.
Cracking deal, if only I had a project frame to fix it to
hydraulics on drop bar are a joy …..my new cannondale synapse came with 105 hydraulics, my other bike has cable discs, will swap out the cable brakes when hydraulic brakes become commodity item.
Is the wireless supposed to save weight?
I dont think so but much easier to setup on a new frame and no cables to stretch or break
This or the Shimano 105 7020?
Ahh this is BYO crankset…
shouldn't we pair this with powermeter?
You don't need a powermeter if your bike's always parked outside a cafe…
unless your bike is a Colnago and the cafe is on Beach rd
Bought one, can any one tell me how to install this on my Kmart bike?
