Seems previous deal was extended
Might be TARGETed 🎯
Thanks grandad
They must have fortified a deal with Aus post
yeah, almost……..
somehow they excluded this, feels bad when you stay home and need a bean bag.
https://www.kmart.com.au/product/100l-bean-bag-refill/681313same with mirrors :(
I hate how Kmart (and Big W) have excluded items available for delivery.
got a beanbag before the lockdown from Kmart
Kmart hasn't shut down for the lockdown unless I'm missing something. At least my local has always been open with lockdown measures like customer number restricions etc.
Congratulations, 1st deal post!
Thank you.
I don’t know if they’ve improved recently but their shipping is (was) painfully slow. Last month I placed an order on 5 April, received notification that it was sent on 10 April and it was delivered on 23 April. It only needed to travel about 120km from the store that it was sent from.
Same experience here. Last order took over a month to be delivered. Regretted big time placing an online order with them. Had to call their customer service to get refund. They mentioned over the phone that the refund has been issued. Never recieved the refund but one day the order turned up, after a month of wait.
Yeah, I should have just gone in there with all the others packing out Kmart on the weekends. Maybe I’ve been spoiled with Amazon deliveries which I’ve found the timing to have only blown out by a couple of days at most during these times.
Try ordering from Dymocks or Adidas
Ha ha. I feel your pain!
I think they may have improved. ordered and delivered in about 3-5 working days in VIC. 2 seperate packages from 2 different kmarts
Its probably due to COVID messing with shipping times
Just ordered the other day and it only took a few days
*All but some
I'll never place another online order with them.
They cancelled my order without notice or apology and refunded my payment, claiming that it was me who had cancelled it, and have ignored my emails asking them what's going on.
Not the way to run a business, especially when shoppers are a lot more savvy than they used to be.
My experience was not bad, it took them less than 10 business days to deliver, got a refund for a broken plastic storage container in a week.
Online delivery slow as hell after they cancelled a number of items along thebway, and when it arrived, was literally wrapped in about 15m of bubblewrap in a box you'd fit a washing machine in. Overpacked to the nines, and such a waste.
Would never order online from them again.
This is not a bargain. A few months old any way. You can't get a cob web broom delivered because apparently it's too large lol.
Delivery takes up to 3 weeks during these times.
Fragile items can get broken due to rough handling. They're just under so much pressure that delivery service hasn't been great. Even the website had significant server issues under stress.Stopped ordering online after they started using Auspost instead of courier for large deliveries. Attempted delivery my arse. They took it straight to their post office for collection. It would have been faster and cheaper to just purchase it instore.
Let me correct myself. Orders below 22 kgs (cubic weight) are delivered via Auspost and anything above by TNT.
Added some clothing to cart that appeared to be in stock. Go to cart only to be told most of them are not available for delivery online. Only 1 or 2 were available to pick up from a store in woop woop. Wasted 30 mins, lousy experience.
It’s been this way since before an Easter. Their customer service is atrocious just check out their FB page comments. Expect late delivery, double charge items missing etc
I made a big order on a hard to order item. Well, 6 of them (decorative homewares). Shipped with no protection at all and every one was damaged. Had to drive to local store to return them the day they arrived.
Just FYI, you don't need to take the damaged items back to a store. I ordered some drawers last month that were delivered damaged, there was no point in trying to construct them. There was an area on Kmart's website where you could inform them of a damaged/faulty product and upload photos, and they gave me a full refund without taking the damaged drawers back. Was glad this was an option as they were quite heavy.
Bummer, could have gotten some slightly damaged frames for free (half were smashed, half scratched) and saved a trip.
Good advice, thanks.
- Large bulky items are considered bigger than a paper clip
Ordered a 30L Microwave Oven.
Free Delivery! Yay!
Thanks for posting :+)
