Can anyone recommend a good place to get an aftermarket leather strap?

They're not too bad for the price. I like the design (it's hard to find watch bands that don't taper for some reason)and they're very soft and comfortable. If it's something you care about note however that for all the "We're American" marketing, they're made in China…
If you want a strap that lasts (but is not on the cheap end)
- Colareb (Made in Italy)
- Nomos (Made in Germany)
Depending on the type of leather you buy, the straps from the premium brands get this beautiful patina the more you use it.
However, if you're a budget:
- Strapify
- Watchgecko
- Barton watch straps
As usual, you get what you pay for. The budget straps don't feel as comfortable and won't last as long but they do their job making the watch look good.
Brathwait has some decent Italian leather straps with both quick release and butterfly buckle.

It sold out a few weeks ago then was available at that same price. It's a 2020 model, they'll probably get more in. Stunning indeed.
