This has been just under $85 already. I have one and am not impressed with the battery life at all. Also struggling to find a real use for it.

I leave mine plugged in. They make a good table lamp

    • Do the same thing

      • They already did - why are you telling them to do it?

  • Jesus I want this for a night stand lamp but it’s a bit pricey - any thoughts on if it’s worth it?

You might be better off getting a coloured LIFX bulb. Cheaper, brighter, and if it's plugged in all the time, no reason to get this Philips one.

Why are you asking Jesus for this lamp?

    • If you want a lamp you can take onto your terrace to run completely wireless, then yes it's a nice unit. If you want a bedside lamp there are probably better options.
It's not the best option for manual use imho - the button is there but it's not easy to control and won't dim up (it starts off bright white). If you're happy to change light settings using your phone it will work (with a bridge) - but again not the way I would prefer my bedside light to work. I have a dimmable touch lamp on my bedside. Way more practical imo.

  • currently cheaper with djs at $95.25

    • got a link please? can't even see it on their website

  • David Jones? It’s still more than 120 over there ?

One lamp by itself isn't that nice, but when you have 3+ you can set colour themes on the app. E.g., sunset (red, oranage); galaxy (darkblue, purple) etc. I agree it's a bit pricey

  • Price match at bunnings = $108. Decent, but not that close to cheapest ever per other OzB deal posts per above
