Word of warning The $21 hoody is paper thin
Hoodies made for doing sport in are thinner.
Go to K-Mart if you just want something to sit on the couch all day in.
I live in Melbourne m8. Just a warning to people who think they are getting a great deal
Can anyone suggest a good running shoe?
Depends on your needs! How far are you running and how fast? I'm assuming you have neutral pronation. The new Machina is actually a solid shoe but it's not great if you want to push your pace. Very nice for recovery runs and longer distances however. The infinite is a little heavier but a reliable shoe for durability. Sonic is a bit firmer out of the HOVR line but balances cushioning and responsiveness well so I prefer that for shorter faster runs. Hope that helps! Oh, and if you want an underrated shoe, the Charged Intake 4 is sleeper!! Really soft underfoot and comfortable~
I can usually run about 3-5 km at around 5:00/km. Definite pronation, and have been getting shin splints (posterior) to the point that I might even see a podiatrist. Thanks for the response explaining all of the different shoes too!
Bit late now but might as well say something haha. Oof Shin splints. Not too sure about your case but for me it was due to tight calves. We only have our Guardian 2 and Charged Europa 2 as stability options. I'd also just throw out there you can always grab a neutral shoe and use your own insole. I'd say a Sonic 3 or Velociti 3 is probably for you!
No Project Rock as is tradition.
Must resist well fitting muscle tees….. I already have like 10 of them
Best to get the muscles first, champ!
