          Hmmm…. I think you are wrong…

          Read your own link, it says merchants are allowed to post Bargains, they are not allowed to advertise here with just their normal prices…

          Reps can more or less post what they like…. the community decides if it is a bargain or not.

          If their 'normal' prices are considerably lower than the competition, then we should hear of it……

          Every rep posting is an advertisement, bargain or not. None of them are doing it for the good of their health….
