    Although the website is down and you can't directly download the launcher, some other links to download launcher work OK.
    I downloaded the launcher via this link:

    This is the worst keep opening app, its crash's, every now and then it lets me in and then when i go to get the game it makes me login again and fails. Looks like its only available for 7hours?

      You have to keep closing and reopening and you will eventually get in, took me about 10 tries. I wouldn't stress though, it says its available until the 22nd.

    Link is working now. Was able to access web page and claim game through Epic Games launcher app. Deal has been updated to correct game page.

    Took about half an hour but got through with the Epic Client… :)

    • Even when you sign in it shows "Offline" on the bottom left side of the screen. Attempt sign-in from that side a few times.
    • Once it shows you your Sign-In name try loading the game through "Store" link on the left navigation. Should be first one.
    • Click on the game tile, hope you get the "Get" (takes a few attempts). Once you click Get, be patient it takes a few minutes, the order screen will load up.
    • Don't muck around, quickly "Confirm" and move on with your life.
    • To get some peace of mind, use below link to see past orders which shows GTA V as well once you're done with above. I just got the email confirmation too.

          More than likely because it seemed to work faster that way, everyone just needs to change there language to something other than English or use VPN LOL

    What the hell just happened? Went through the Epic Games launcher, using a VPN in the US and it's downloading at approximately 1-1.5MB/Second! (Spoke too soon, download just stopped). Now it's going again.

    Use a VPN if you struggle to get onto the store, I used Japan. I think they are blocking some regions to spread load.

    Normally I don't post these inane questions; but - where is the Steam key (others are discussing Steam) once you "get" the game from them? It has sent me a receipt but no key. Epic games FAQ is 404ing for me, along with other random pages of theirs. It's a pretty average system they have in general with "2FA" for a games site… :-/

      It does not provide a steam key.. You need to download Epic's game launcher (and possibly Rockstar's) to play.

    This version requires the Rockstar or Epic launcher? Reason I ask is that the Rockstar Launcher could get real iffy at times. Very annoying indeed.

      All new R* games go through the launcher. You'll have to launch the epic games launcher, then that'll launch the R* games launcher. Same with Steam.

          If you buy retail box, you can activate straight with Rockstar Social Club without need for Steam/Epic launcher added DRM.

          Also, no chance getting refund from Eneba, why would they.

      Pretty sure it will still use the Rockstar software which sucks, I have the boxed version and I hate having to update etc all the time, its so buggy.

    2-2.5MB per second consistently on a VPN connected to the US, versus about 700KB in Australia. Even over a VPN and a dodgy LOW speed Optus connection (NBN/FTTP) it's still quicker :)

      NBN FTTN (Mod: Edit spelling) 39Mbps Connected through VPN Sydney server and getting constant 2.5-3.0 MB/s download speeds which is normal for my download but for others as stated by Epic. Its probably due to them limiting the download speed due to high demand for certain regions.

      As far as I know this game wont run on Intel Intergrated Graphics though.
