Do you find that this jacket is breathable? I.e. if you sweat in it it doesn't feel like you're wearing a plastic bag?
Am considering for using for cycling
It is not too bad and it has pit zips which help. I often wear it as a windbreaker as well. They all get hot after a while but this one I find quite comfortable, much better than my cheap Kmart one.

Have the original Precip, bought from Amazon US for $60. It is a great jacket. Not sure how this one is different but seems a decent price for local stock.
