    Try testing your current connection through your network settings, on the ps4. It sometimes happens with mine when playing online :D

      Its all working again. The central authentication servers for PSN were having issues accessing their databases.

  Playstation Plus owners should have Sniper Elite 4 as part of the monthly free games.
