It's been 2 weeks since I went to the store twice for two different items which I bought online for click and collect. Both times the store didn't have my order in stock.
Since then I've called 5x about my refund, the orders were both cancelled but I can't seem to get them to process my refund through to my debit card. As a result I'm out $150. Each time I call I get some kid who complains he's working from home and has no access to processing refunds. Each time they tell me they will flag it for urgent attention by the team responsible for doing the refunds. Each time I've been patient and respectful with them but this is getting beyond a joke now.
