Good luck getting it delivered if thinking of getting it for mother's day. Bought over a week ago and still not posted. Gave me a fake tracking with no scans.

    • Hi there,

Please PM me your details so i can confirm

Always the sign of a trustworthy company. They should be on ebay with their like minded friends

At least you got a tracking number, I've only got the order confirmation email and nothing since. Ordered on 26/4.

    • Please pm me your details and i will look it up for you

Same problem, I ordered 3 hampers from these guys on 26/4 and heard nothing back. Pretty poor seeing as they’re marketing for Mother’s Day.

  • Hi Guys…

Just letting you all know that hampers ordered on or before Friday 1st May have been sent out. We do have a slight delay in updating our records and emailing everyone the tracking numbers. This is being sorted out on Monday with a dedicated team emailing everyone their tracking numbers.

    thank you for your understanding.

Having ordered a mothers day parcel last Sunday, this isn't really acceptable. It took 3 days to get a tracking number but more importantly Auspost has still not registered that the package has been received by them to send off. Despite Covid-19 there's no issues with the Auspost registering system, it'll take longer to deliver but any packages I've ordered recently still show up immediately when scanned in and this one hasn't. That's not an issue with updating your records and emailing, that's an issue with being able to get packages out in a reasonable time.

A fair warning for anyone looking at a mothers day hamper, I wouldn't run the risk if it takes a week to even get the package to the post office to send.

Similar to last year. Ordered one for Christmas, it didn't arrive at mum's. Multiple emails were ignored. After a comment on ozb, they magically 'found' it in time to arrive just before mothers day.

        • A gentleman on their facebook page is having issues too. It has made me question ordering.

  • What is the best before on those foods?

    • Biscuit House Shortbread Treats 50g - july
Choc Wafer Rolls 75g - July
Green and Blacks Roasted Almond Chocolate Block 2 x 90g - Sept

Update: Got my package today (ordered on April 26 evening).

Just a feedback to the OP: I think some of the deals are great and I know that there can be delays in delivery but I think your team could do better in letting the customer know (via email) when the items are sent to Austpost. At least we'll know that you did not drop the ball on your end. It would do a great deal in improving customer satisfaction. Hope that helps. Cheers.
