  Terrible company, terrible customer services, using cheap couriers.
  My shipment spent over a month in transit they kept telling me to hang in there.
  The say they "dispatched" it , the only actually gave it to their half-baked courier the shipment 2 weeks afterwards.

  Just incompetent.
