I don't understand, it says the "Winner will be chosen randomly between participants with the highest point". Are you saying that of all entrants, the one with the highest points wins, and if multiple people have the highest point, one of them is randomly chosen? Or is it a random draw from all entrants with those having a higher point obviously having a higher chance?
