      I have the Sony and a friend has the ue boom. I'd say loudness the ue boom is a little louder though the Sony definitely has more bass

    I went into my local BigW and found they had the SRS-XB41 on clearance for $99 down from $269. Can't upload receipt at the moment but worth phoning around if you can.

    I ended up finding some other Sony speakers on clearance,
    $99
    Sony SRSXB501G
    And the model mentioned by someone else SRS-XB41

    I have 2 stores holding for me, as one had to return my call.

    I assume other stores may have these in stock.

    Basically $99 is 50w as the $59 model is 32w.

          Apparently, this one is online only. But I did visit 3 stores today - Top Ryde, Macquarie Park and Campsie. All speakers on clearance gone! Disappointed!!!
