      The cheaper one max charging capacity is 10.5W and the more expensive one is 18W. I think that's what those numbers means.

    Functionally, I think it's just the design and display which can show amps, voltage and percentage charged.

    Both should be able to be charged via lightning, micro usb and usbc(in and out).
