2015 852016 Halliday review:
Blend of muscadelle, semillon, chenin blanc and colombard fermented (wild) in French oak. It certainly doesn't leave you wanting for flavour, and it isn't shabby for persistence. Honeyscuckle and stone fruit flavours with a gentle cut of spiced apple. Oak is a clear contributor and the screws feel as though they need tightening; it all feels slightly loose. It's enjoyable enough, though not enough to make you forget the price. Not very high scores, although I admit I know little about white wine in general. I bought the reds posted earlier today, scoring 93 and 94.
Halliday lists 85-88 pts in the bronze status, and Recommended, from my literature.
Which seems a great deal for $16.50 a bottle instead of the original $55.
The Byrne site also says it's good to cellar for 5 - 10 years
Yikes. Halliday gives faulty wines 94 points these days so scores in the 80's could mean it is genuine paint stripper! Stay away
I don't subscribe to Halliday's opinion. I was just mentioning what his ratings equate to.
vintage? for a white wine that's important, might "expire" soon…

The 2015
all three
All three what?? Ilbeok asked what vintage the post is for, so I stated it's the 2015. I got mine delivered on Monday. Or you can also just check the url, it actually shows vintage there also, notice the ANTRWB15?
