  Just did a Harris farms order last week. About a third of the order was missing for no explicable reason and had to get a refund.

    Nearly half the items in my last two Harris Farm orders this month were cancelled and refunded. They couldn't even manage to deliver milk, requiring me to place another order elsewhere. Not a reliable retailer at the moment, unfortunately.

      That is awful considering the premium you pay over supermarket chains.

    Glad we weren’t the only ones. Half of our order was missing and had to wait more than 2 weeks for delivery. We only received some of our Fruits & vegetables - no dairy, meat products and frozen goods.

    Absolutely shocking service.
