What happens when you claim in game?
Does the weapon align to your current player level?
Does the weapon not have a level, but rather levels with the player?
Can it be claimed more than once, adjusting to the players level?
I hope it scales when you level but I doubt it.
I'd say it matches your current level, and won't level up with you. And doubt it could be claimed more than once.
It'll show up in your in-game mail.
It will be at your current level, normally I would recommend waiting until level 57 before claiming it from your mailbox, but the Conference Call isn't particularly good, so don't worry about it too much.
