Have you compared it to say one of the taotronics ones? Seems pretty pricey if it is just a Bluetooth adapter
Haven't compared to taotronics however this has built in dac (AK4375a) so I would assume the sound is miles ahead. See reviews here: https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/earstudio-es100.23284/revie…. I find it an advantage when using non-bluetooth headphones that require more juice to 'sing' properly.

I have the old version of ES100. Solid device with balanced out. Great app and pretty good sound for such a small device. Too bad with the current exchange rate otherwise this would be a decent deal…
