    I'm in metro Melbourne
    Delivery and "Other charges" = AU$9.49….

    Furthermore:
    "When you submit your order with the text and image, we send you preview before printing."
    So, unlike other T-Shirt design sites, you can't preview or customise the layout online.

          Thanks for your suggestion, we are planning to implement new solution soon. Right now we use simple solution which is having its own disadvantages. We too feel hiccups of this solution and we are losing so many customers who wants preview before they are ordering.
