Price beat at ow as the best costco
Thanks Teejay.. is the Costco deal only in store? Keen to speak with OW and checked online and it’s $369 cheers
Yep only in-store only
Is it possible to buy it online for this price?
Looks like it is in-store only. Costco online price is $369 incl delivery.
Which Costco is this at?
Moorabbin in VIC
Perth as well
Is OW price match Costco as well?
they don’t …atleast in my experience
Good price in store.
Not trying to be rude here, but am I missing something? I bought mine from Harvey Norman back in January for $349, is it just like the Switch deal posted earlier where there are stock issues or has the price gone up since Coronavirus hit?
The normal price has always been like 399 normal price
Maybe hardley normal had an internal special
Which Victorian Costco store is the biggest? The times I've noticed Docklands is smaller than Epping (which means less stuff to buy) and haven't been to Moorabbin yet.
Moorabbin and Ringwood are comparable but Moorabbin has cheap fuel! So I go there though I live between the two. Docklands is only a bit smaller. (opinion only have never taken measuring tape to any)
Beware of buying! You may wish to read about firmware update issues with these!
So true. Don't know why you're getting downvoted, unless they've fixed it recently.
i see reports from jan/feb of 2020, is that it? update killing noise cancelling?
Thanks for posting that. People should really read this before buying.
Thx
Never knew there were issues so thanks for pointing that out. I was looking at buying some in the near future but will hold out!
Thank you. I was going to pull the trigger if you didn't mention it in here. Lucky, you pointed that out.
It actually does matter to me if the scenario was the one mentioned in the article.
(Scenario #1 — The AirPods hardware (e.g. the battery) can not handle the launch ANC for a sustained period of time)

Consider spending that much money. I really expect it to last and does what it was told to be. I guess, I will stick with my first gen airpods for another year. Hopefully by then, bluetooth 5.2 will be officially rolled out and install to the new devices. BT 5.2 will save significant amount of battery life,ANC should be beneficial by that.
Anyone able to price beat this in ow?
To me they said no !
Imagine paying $350 for a pair of earbuds with a ~2 year lifespan.
I still have my original pair from just after launch. Almost 3 and a half years later, no issues.
Look, $200 is almost palletable. But $350 for earbuds???
Curious when you say no issues - I've also got my original Airpods from few years back and found that recently, the left earbud in particular hardly lasts 20-30 mins on a call before it dies. Right one then goes off not much longer.
What more can I say? Batteries still last more than I've ever needed them for. They still work…?
Anyone had luck with price beating this at OW?
Tried today at officeworks and they said no to me because not everyone has a membership. I showed them membership card and no luck. QLD fyi
Android user, with a strong dislike for apple, but i'm seriously considering these to replace both my galaxy buds plus (good package, average SQ) AND my wh1000xm3 (good but too bulky)
airpods pro, the SQ is still average to good but passable - the ANC (decent) and the comfort may make up for it. build quality feels cheap tho (click click), portable/convenient
SQ wise best in class/market atm would be the sennheiser MTW2 (miles ahead of apple in SQ) with decent ANC.. but they are too bulky, terrible look. same deal with the sonys wf… star trek look
airpod pros, far from perfect, terrible value, but unfortunately good enough at everything…
is costco the best price atm?
Is this still the usual price at Costco? Might need to head down and get a pair soon.
Currently out of stock at Crossroads (Casula) Costco. Was looking forward to it…
Canberra Costco had stock today at $349
good price
