Stand Here Floor Stickers - 3 for $20 (Was $30) | 5 for $30 (Was $45) | 10 for $55 (Was $90) Delivered @ Mhadrami eBay

2060

I am a signwriter who works from home, obviously I've been affected pretty badly (down about 70%) as most of my customers have been hit hard as well.

Been trying to improvise and came up with an offer through eBay for physical distancing floor stickers (for indoors) which I'd like to offer here as well. I don't have my own website to sell these so just doing it through eBay.

They are:
▪ 250mm diameter
▪ 5 year media
▪ Anti-slip laminate

Pack of 3 $20, save $10
Pack of 5 $30, save $15
Pack of 10 $55, save $35

FREE DELIVERY Australia Wide as I can fit them in a C4 envelope.

I'll also include an extra sticker if you order more than 10, not listed but I'll throw it in there. Please type OZBARGAIN in the notes field when checking out.

Thanks. I'm not actually promoting my business, there's no business name or contact details. This is a special deal I have created to make it viable for both OB community & myself.

      • +7

Semantics - it's business for your business. I'm not sure of the rules about it, but you haven't hidden anything. They seem cheaper than ones I found with a quick search on ebay, so perhaps could be a bargain?

        5 years. I hope not! :-)

        • +34

I retract my comment on this! buy up people! :)

      • +1

Your deal title for a pack of 5 is $30 but your store is charging $35. You might want to amend that.

        • +3

Good pickup. I have made the Pack of 5 for $30 now (should have been $35) and reduced the 10 pack to $55.

    • +21

If their way of promoting their business is by offering a good bargain, then where's the problem?
That's what the Store Rep and Associated tag is for

  • +5

I don't think I need it in my home - no visitors allowed

  • +6

Nice and profession looking. I don’t have a shop but I’d buy these if I did

    • +10

Customers are more likely to obey professional quality stickers than some tape on the ground.

      • +4

Plus the painters tape will come off less than a day from people scuffing them.

        • Definitely. These are high tack meaning more adhesive for longevity.

      • If they don't obey tape why would they stickers

    • In Aust, there are certain OHS rules for floor stickers, i.e. material type, anti-slip etc. You cannot put just any sticker/tape on the walking surface.

Can I just say good on you for trying to make the best of a bad situation. I'm not in need of them but if the price is right, people will purchase. All the best 👍

  • tempted to put one a couple of meters away from the front door. Thanks OP!

  • +17

OP you should make OZbargain sticker - people will buy them

    • +1

Ooh yes…. “As seen on OzB”
Seeing that anywhere and I’d be a loyal customer.
Scotty can donate them to top store of the month…

    • +4

If there's enough demand, more than happy to :)

  • +12

Can you make on that says mother in law must stand a minimum distance of 100km from front door :)

I second that comment for the Ozbargain stickers

  • -2

Are they stickers (ie do they stick on the floor)?

    • +5

Pretty sure that's what "floor sticker" means.

      • Yeah but are they stickers?

        • Yes, they are stickers.

  • Stick them up the walls and on the ceiling and try to traverse it, keep self isolation interesting.

    • +10

Spider pig spider pig does whatever a spider pig can :)

  • +11

What is best price you could do for a bulk buy? eg 400-500 stickers.

    • +3

Good on you for supporting a small business! Hope you guys strike a deal =)

    • Will PM you. Thanks.

    • You business is at least 600m in size? WELL done

    • Dlangdale, tried to PM you but says you're not accepting new conversations. Please PM me for your quote.

  • +5

what an excellent idea to try and generate some $$ during these unprecedented times.

I was just about to put an order in somewhere else but would prefer to support someone who has made a real effort to pivot and modify.

We want ones that are designed with our logo and colours - can you do custom design for us? Please send me private message or let me know how to contact you

    • +2
      • will order just because of the Friends reference….

  • Are you likely to sell out?

    • +2

Nope, I can print as many as needed.

  • +5

These look great. I don't have any use for them unfortunately. I wonder if there's anything you could do for people to stick on their doors (and hopefully be able to remove later) if they're isolating, immunocompromised, generally don't want to risk contact from the outside world. I'm thinking generic for all of these.

Something like "We are self isolating and do not want visitors. If you have a parcel please knock and leave it at the door"

Maybe you can come up with something better. Also, I've been meaning to get stickers like no sales people for my door and no junk mail for the letterbox, just generally. I'm thinking a range of stickers where you can choose a variety, but it gets cheaper as you get more different ones. I'm guessing it's cheaper to make them in bulk so I'm not sure how viable it is.

    • Fantastic idea Miss B. I will look into creating other designs for different purposes. Might end up creating a Shopify store :P

      I will revert.

  • How hard are these stickers to take off if needed?

    • +1

God, I hope it Is WHEN needed.

    • +1

Not too hard, a bit of tug but should be manageable.

      • +10

        That's what she said!

  • Yes are these relatively thick, easy to peel off without leaving residue on showroom floors (vinyl/laminate floorboards)

    very interested.

Sorry would just have bought them but getting that sticker residue off floors is such a pain.

    • +3

Pro tip, as a kid I used to take stickers off collectable games and such, so started using that Orange Power Sticky Spot & Goo Dissolver from Woolworths cleaning aisle. It removes every last bit of the awful residue.

    • Depends on the surface and how long it's been on there. It may leave some residue behind but there are dedicated chemicals for that.

    • for sticker residue, use a little bit of oil to get rid of it.

  • +2

Ebay charges a big cut in your sales, should go it alone

    • +1

Yep was thinking that today :) Already looking at Shopify and creating another deal for OB.

      • Shopify would be great timing. They have recently increased the trial period to 90 days (from 14)

        • Yeah saw that, thanks.

  • +1

Do you have further specifications on the anti slip properties? Have to be careful putting these in public areas from a public liability perspective.

  • +1

If you obeyed the direction, you'd never move forward…

  • This might be a silly question OP, but can these be stuck to carpet?

  • Need one to stick outside homes to indicate spot where deliveries can be left :)

    • +1

I think a hand written note would be the cheapest option for you :)

  • After some crunching of numbers, I can only offer an extra sticker for free when ordering a pack of 10. Please ensure you type OZBARGAIN in the Notes field when checking out. I will honour the Pack of 5 orders from yesterday though.

  • Might get some of these for the wife/husband to follow at home

    • +1

You seem confused as to the gender of your spouse.

  • Why are the pack of 10's sold out?

    • Thanks for bringing that up. Fixed.
