      Change your location on the page to Melbourne it will show stock, I just changed mine to postcode 2000 and 4000 and yes no stock seems to be avail only in Vic, I updated heading to show Vic only

        I tried for Melbourne and shows stock until final checkout when it tells you "thanks for coming but as usual we sweet fa clearance items in stock"

        Ah, yes. But try logging in, and do a pretend checkout. You still get the 'unavailable on backorder' message and it gets auto-removed from your cart. Or were you able to checkout using an account you signed up with a Melbourne address?

      S.A and VIC show stock, OW site works out where you are from your ISP you click change location on the top left of the page and click postcode 5000 or 3000.

        Yes it shows stock, but when you try to checkout, it will show the item as unavailable. This is a known issue with many officeworks clearance items.

  The problem is the OW "deals" are going to become like The Boy Who Cried Wolf. And one time when there is a genuine in stock bargain no one will vote for it and ignore it.

    There've been a few, but iffy. There was a battery clearance that still had some stock. There've been a few harddrives at a good price.

    But there's definitely no reason for officeworks to keep separate (and inaccurate) lists of what is in stock, one for before you log in and one for after.
