Beware of Crumpler’s after sales support - had a bag that stopped zipping within 2 months and they refuse to remedy it

  I've had the complete opposite experience they offered to repair my bag without a receipt and offered a loan bag while mine was being repaired, but that was about 2 years ago. Has it changed that much since then?
