Grabbed the Connie Constance albums, crazy cheap. The others had gone back up in price by the time I saw this (aside from Spilt Sauce, but it should be kind of cheap anyways)
So the Connie Constance album turned up…. Interestingly not even in a box, just a shipping label stuck to the records plastic wrap!!
Gotta keep an eye on the items, it can send without packaging "for environment reasons" (and should state as such, but not obvious)… it then forces YOU to state you want it in Amazon packaging (heaven forbid!) during checkout. Amazon AU seem scared of using vinyl mailers generally (e.g. 2 vinyls = throw them in a large box rather than put them in vinyl mailers and then put them in a box like other Amazon countries do).
I had to send back a copy of Madvillainy because Amazon stuck the record in a big box with another smaller box in it (containing a different item). Now I guess I should at least be happy it was in a box at all…
@owduck: Yup. I will only put an order in for 1 copy of a vinyl release from Amazon, and don't order again until it's shipped. Only chance you MIGHT get it sent in a vinyl mailer. Otherwise it absolutely will be chucked in a large box as is with whatever else, no matter what (even if you place separate orders). They've done it since day one, and complaints to management have fallen on deaf ears.
grrr i hate when they do this - they did this to Carla Geneve vinyl yday but Connie Constance came packaged in a box with the LA Priest vinyl
Yeah my copy of Carla was the same. Completely ruined. Are they stupid? Surely someone put the label on it and thought to themself perhaps it might be an issue.

Have not heard much of this band before so keen for some guidance on the best ones
Unfortunately those have been 'Temporarily out of stock' for a very long time, highly doubt they will get more, same with 'Underwater' now.
Both those EP's are great but might not be worth it, even at that price. 'Midway' on Work and 'Fingers' on Balance are my highlight tracks.
Highly recommend their first album 'Angle', and its actually a really good price ATM from Amazon US, i paid $58 for it:

'Underwater' is still their best IMO, 'Dreams' is decent but not as math rock as I'd like. Same with 'World', lots of guest vocals kinda killed it, for me anyways.
They have many live Youtube vids which are very enjoyable to watch.
