Looking for a solid and reputable dash cam.
I've currently narrowed it down to the Viofo A119 v3 but there are no good deals to be had on it. At least not from what I can see on eBay or Amazon. Any other good models I should be looking at?

Why capacitor-type versus hard wired? I thought the capacitor ones only have charge for a short period of time.
Capacitor can be hardwired. It’s more so because capacitor are more heat resistant compared to the traditional battery type.

If you want the A119 v3 and it's within budget, then buy it! It's still cheaper than your insurance excess
And you're buying a $25k Lexus with high insurance cost… Don't tell me you're too broke for a good dash cam
