[Switch, PC] Trine: Ultimate Collection $35.99 @ eShop AU, $27.98 @ Humble Store (Steam)

180

Switch

Trine: Ultimate Collection for $35.99 (60% off $89.99), containing all four games in the series from Trine 1 to Trine 4 in a single bundle option.

  • After purchasing the collection, your Switch and eShop account will treat it as if you purchased four separate games, so it won't affect your save progress if you've previously purchased any of the games separately.

Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince for $34.99 (50% off $69.99), as a standalone purchase, if you already own Trine 1 to 3, saving you $1 (yay?)

PC/Steam

Trine: Ultimate Collection for $27.98 (60% off $69.95)
Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince for $21.47 (50% off $42.95)

The Trine series are great games for local couch co-op, as well as online multiplayer. I don't believe there's any cross platform multiplayer though, so make sure you and your friends have the same version if you want to make plans to play together online.

Need to find a good price on a big SD card .. like a 512 or something the rate my switch purchases are going.

    • If you purchase the collection, it's treated as if you purchased four different games. So if you're short on space, you can cancel the download for the other three you're not currently playing, then archive that when you're finished before you download the next one in the series.

      • I'd be happy with this if Nintendo downloads were not super slow… so I feel I want-to keep a local copy of everything.

Very nicely written and formatted first post. Thank you for putting in the effort. Just one tiny thing that you may not be aware of: no punctuation should be used within the title tags except for space and comma.

  • It's been years since playing the original. How are Trine 3/4 for multiplayer (2 people) on switch?

Bought for this reason. Coop reviews of Trine 4 are good.

Have been playing for a couple of hours now. Couch coop is good. Recommended.
