  I made an order on the 11th of April with no updates on the items being shipped / tracking number. I have left an email and made several calls throughout the day and no one picks up (automated call tells me to try again soon)
  i would like to know if it has been shipped yet as it has been almost a week

    I had to place a second order. This time I got an email confirmation. Let's see how long they take to ship it
